“Moondance” is a one-owner Jeanneau Yachts 64 in impeccable condition and ready for her next owner. She is currently in Newport RI and she has a mooring for the summer that is negotiable.

Shows very well and we are scheduling viewings now.

“Moondance” has all of the comforts of home including Genset, Air Conditioning, Watermaker (Sea Recovery 75 Gallons/hr), Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Starlink global broadband Internet, and a chef-quality galley with all of the conveniences for cooking gourmet meals.

Current owners have cruised the Mediterrantean and Caribbean, shipping her back and forth via Dockwise to save any wear and tear on the vessel and systems.

She has careful upgrades like a Maritime Starlink setup, Helix Code 0, and upsized 310 RIB with 20hp engine that maximizes the size of tender to still easily fit in dinghy garage.

Her original white gelcoat hull shines and keeps a cooler cabin in warm climates, as well as lower maintenance than a painted hull.

Similarly she has teak decking in the cockpit for comfort underfoot and timeless looks,  but her side and foredeck are non-skid gelcoat for ease of maintenace and long term value. 

Her rigging is powerful yet easy to handle with Tri-radial cruising laminate mainsail featuring in-mast furling, and performance cruising staysail, Genoa, and Gennaker/Code 0.

She features all of the expected features such as Bow and Stern thrusters for effortless docking, Generator (21kw, 60hz USA spec 2000 hours), Chiller loop climate control, powered winches, full electronics including Radar and AIS. Her 180HP Volvo Penta engine (950 hours) will motor her easily at 10kts when the wind dies, and its 4 blade folding propeller enhances sailing ability when not under power.

On Deck Her spacious cockpit and swim platform create a luxurious outdoor living space. Full canvas coverage for cockpit keeps the sun out. Twin cockpit tables are convertible for seating and lounging and have comfortable lounge cusihons.

On Deck:

Cockpit Galley feautures a pop-up electric grill aft to starboard, sink in cockpit, and fridge in cockpit, making outdoor cooking effortless.

Twin helm stations each with Raymarine Axiom pro 12″ Chart plotters, raymarine MFD displays for speed, depth, wind, etc, VHF radio, bow and stern thruster controls, and windlass remote, and hand switches for mainsheet winch.

Forward of the helm stations and outboard are two electric winches per side, allowing all sail control to be done from the helm. 

Sail plan is an In-mast furling mainsail with furling line led back to winch at helm.

All the way forward at the bow is a large anchor locker with space to stow all of her inflatable fenders (with fender covers) as well as 300′ of anchor chain. 

At transom is electric fold down swim platform with roller tender retrieval system. Tender transom folds in with motor attached for quick tender storage and launch.

Forward in cockpit are two Large dinette areas with tables that are electrically retractable to use as dining tables, coffee tables, or fold flat for a large sun lounging area. 

Entire cockpit is covered by large bimini and connector. There is a spray dodger forward of cockpit. 

Below deck:

Walking down the gently sloped companionway steps, you enter the spacious man salon. 

There is a large dinette to starboard and large couch to port.

Aft to starboard is a smaller cabin with two bunk berths with lee cloths (these make excellent passage berths) and also a Splendide washer/dryer

Generator and watermaker are underneath cabin sole in a doubly sound proofed enclosure, ensuring no cabins will hear generator running. 

Aft to port and slightly down from salon is the galley. Forward and inboard is a wine fridge, followed by dish washer, then a double sink.
Outboard and aft of sink is a 3 burner propane stove with oven, and then an electric oven with microwave.
Farther aft there is ample counter space on both sides, and then a front opening fridge and two freezer units below. All stainless steel faced. 

Continuing aft from the galley there is a guest “day head” outboard. 

Farthest aft is the owner’s stateroom featuring king sized bed, desk, ample stowage, and a private head with spacious shower. There is a removable ladder in the owners cabin with a private hatch that opens to aft deck, if private direct access is desired. 

Forward of the salon there are two matching VIP guest cabins port and starboard. Each features a large double berth, ample stowage, and its own head with separate shower stall. 

All toilets are Tecma marine quiet electric fresh water flushed. 

Forward through a watertight bulkhead in the startboard forward shower is access to a crew/storage cabin. This features two twin berths, and provision for another head (this has been removed as current owners did not need the head forward, but plumbing is present if desired by a new owner)
This forward cabin is also accessible from deck through a large opening foredeck hatch.
