The Beneteau First 40.7 is one of the most successful 40ft one-designs of all time, with nearly 700 built since it was first introduced in 1999. Designed by Farr Yacht Design, the First 40.7 is equally at home racing at the highest-level or cruising with friends and family.
Built in 2004, Brizo is one of the newest 40.7s on the market. The boat has been well maintained throughout its life and the current owner has made many upgrades and additions over the past two years.

The Beneteau First 40.7 has a large cockpit with two removeable seat/lockers that provide extra seating when cruising and more working space for the crew when racing.
The traveler is forward of the large steering wheel and the above-deck mainsheet system leads to the aft winches. All control lines lead to the cockpit for easy sail handling.
Wide side decks with roughened non-slip surface and grab rails make it easy and safe to move around the deck.
The solid GRP (glass reinforced polyester) hull and sandwich fiberglass polyester deck provide maximum strength and minimum moisture absorption. The deck and hull had no signs of elevated moisture levels when the boat was surveyed in 2019.
