Accomodations

Forward Cabin:

Forward of the main bulkhead is where most of these boats are different with only a couple having the same layout. On Ace, we decided to move the ring frame forward 9" to allow for full length berths and have a large storage locker forward for cruising and ocean passages. Aft of this are single berths to port and starboard with drawers and lower locker storage. Bookshelves have been added outboard of the berths. These convert to sail bins when racing. Aft to port is the head with shower. To starboard is a cabinet with vanity sink.

Main Cabin

The main cabin has varnished cherry veneered bulkheads and furniture units, with cold molded varnished trim.

6' 4" headroom in main cabin.

Main cabin settee berths with split cushions port and starboard.

Ultra-suede cushion fabrics with split cushion bottoms and split backrests on settees.

Pilot berths outboard of main cabin port and starboard settees.

Wood slats on hull sides above settee berths. Storage compartments behind the seat back cushions.

Aft Starboard Cabin:

Double berth with split cushion, wood slats on hull side, vanity with two drawers and cabinet, hanging locker with varnished teak & holly cabin sole.

Aft Berth splits to become single berth outboard and storage bins for Offshore first aid kit inboard.

Aft port:

Enclosed Head/Shower compartment with Raritan PH-2 head, mirror, sink, storage cabinet above and below and H&C water. 

Aft of head is a large storage locker that is also accessed from cockpit.

Shelving for tools and spares is located here.  

Removable Hanging bar for Foul Weather gear

Inboard on centerline is the locker where the watermaker is located. This space could also be utilized for a generator.

Rigging

Hall Spars carbon fiber mast of pre-preg carbon fiber autoclaved at 80 PSI at 250 deg F. Mast includes triple airfoil aluminum spreaders, carbon gooseneck, clearcoat black finish, painted white bands, wire runs in conduit, Hall - Antal mainsail track with loader and end fittings to accommodate sailmaker provided Antal mainsail sliders and - or boltrope. Also included with the mast are Spartite mast wedge material, anchor light, steaming light and flag halyard cheek block at masthead and cleat at deck.

Mast Step: G10 epoxy custom fit mast step attaches to molded centerline longitudinal hull stringer with four SS bolts tapped to aluminum plate integrally molded in structural grid.
