Accommodations

The Cheoy Lee 78 (78' on deck, 87' overall length with custom stern platform extension) is an exceptionally spacious 78' vessel due to it's 21'6" beam. There are dual steering stations, pilothouse and flybridge. The salon and galley are amidships. The master stateroom and #1 VIP guest stateroom are aft and two additional VIP guest staterooms plus crew quarters are forward. All staterooms have ensuite heads and showers (master has shower/bathtub). All areas are air conditioned. All soles are either varnished teak and holly or teak parquet. All wood work is finely finished teak.

The salon and galley are located amidships. The salon has a dining area and bar to starboard and seating to port with bookshelves and entertainment equipment. The galley has all of the equipment and space required to service the needs of a first class vessel.

Master stateroom is located all the way aft, the full beam width master stateroom has a centerline queen berth, two large cedar lined hanging lockers, ample drawer and cabinet storage space and ensuite head with shower/bathtub.

VIP stateroom is located forward of the master stateroom and is quite luxurious with a center line queen berth, large cedar lined hanging locker, ample drawers and cabinets and ensuite head with stall shower.

One additional VIP guest stateroom is located forward and to port. The room has a large double berth, cedar lined hanging locker, ample drawers and cabinets and ensuite head with stall shower.

A second guest stateroom is located forward of the salon to starboard. This stateroom has upper and lower twin berths, cedar lined hanging locker, ample drawers and cabinets and ensuite head with stall shower. The head has a second door directly to the hallway which allows for use as a day head.

Crew quarters are all the way forward and consist of a double berth to port and a single berth to starboard. There is a large ensuite crew head and shower and the crew area can be closed off from the rest of the yacht by closing a door. There is crew access through an overhead hatch.

Condition

"Quixote" is a pedigree Choey Lee boat from 1989. Many mechanical upgrades have been made (Main engine and generator repower, bow thruster, etc) and she is mechanically sound and operational. Her interior has mostly been kept original (teak and holly sole in beautiful condition) and shows well for her age. There are several small areas of water damage from the windows/portholes where the wood has become discolored.
