Goat Herder’ is a 2014 Flybridge model Lagoon 450 that the previous owner has recently completed a complete refit on with thoughtful upgrades such as new sails, new engines, new water maker, new rigging, new hard top bimini, new cushions and a new Fusion bluetooth sound system making for a comfortable life on the water. She is privately owned, professionally maintained and thoughtfully upgraded by her owner. Very low hours on the 45hp Yanmar diesels (236hrs) She also has a brand new, high output ‘Spectra’ water maker installed. This is the perfect cat for an ‘off the grid’ lifestyle on the water!
The addition of the hard top bimini with brand new full wrap around enclosure is a rare find on this model and makes for much easier access for tending to the mainsail and also makes sailing up on the flybridge more enjoyable while out of the direct sunlight and stormy conditions. Or if you are looking to catch some rays you can lay out on the day beds on the saloon roof just in front of the helm.
Her luxury interior features spacious cabins with air conditioning throughout, ample closet and storage space, open living room and galley area with sliding doors that open up to the cockpit area. She also features generous heads (bathrooms) that make you feel like you’re in a nice hotel rather than on a boat.
Many other thoughtful touches were added in the last couple years including custom flooring throughout the vessel, new upholstery inside and out and the ‘Goat Herder’ theme throughout the vessel with customized pillows and even coffee mugs!
