SIDE & FORE DECKS:

The teak side decks are accessed via doors from the bridge or aft salon and are enclosed by a teak railing atop raised teak capped gunwales.  Diesel and water deck fills are found on the port and starboard sides of the deck along with two mid-ship cleats, and four additional cleats at the bow.  The foredeck features an anchor on a bow roller, Galley Maid electric windlass, two deck boxes, two wash down spigots and a hatch to the forward head.  Along the cabin superstructure there is an extra wide, forward facing bench seat/sun pad with storage lockers below.  Twin air horns and two search lights are mounted on the forward flybridge coaming. 

FLYBRIDGE:

The fly bridge is accessed from the bridge and features a helm station with double wide captain’s chair and wrap around bench seating. The fly bridge is protected from the sun by a full Bimini. The boat deck is found behind the bridge area and features a hydraulic davit, tender mounts and a bench seat atop a refrigerator/freezer unit. Overhead a hinged radar arch houses flybridge lights, a sat tv antenna, gps antenna 2 hailer horns, 2 deck spot lights and a mast with navigation lights, various antenna (radar, gps, radio) and a wind instrument. 

COCKPIT:

The roomy cockpit is accessed from the aft salon via a staircase. The cockpit features a transom gate opening to the full beam swim platform, 2 cleats and two bench seats.  A teak caprail surrounds the cockpit and a large transom locker is accessed via a deck hatch.  The cockpit is an invaluable feature that provides great functionality when docking and boarding from low/floating docks or a tender.  Also a terrific platform for fishing and water sports, many are surprised by the degree of convenience and functionality an aft cockpit offers. 

INTERIOR:

Burger’s are known for their high quality interior finishes and “Patriot” is no exception.  All interior spaces are fitted with beautiful joinery of Honduran mahogany, birds eye maple and black lacquered highlights, with teak and holly soles throughout.  Overhead halogen lighting is complimented with lamps, valance and stairway lighting. Airconditioning, overhead stereo speakers and 120 vac outlets are found throughout the yacht.  The result is a sophisticated but warm, inviting and classic nautical atmosphere that is missing in many modern vessels. 

UPPER SALON:

Entering the upper salon you are struck by the amount of space available here for seating and entertaining in this beautiful, full beam section of the yacht. A cabinet in the aft starboard section of the salon houses a wet bar, tv and av equipment.  Opposite on the port side a L shaped settee, with glass coffee table, offers seating for up to 6 people.  Two additional chairs are found at the forward bulkhead, which showcases three ship models in two double sided display cases.  The entryway to the bridge is to the right of the cases with doors to the side decks found at the forward port and starboard corners of the salon.  Access to the cockpit is opposite at the aft bulkhead between the wet bar and the settee.  The salon is surrounded by large windows on three sides providing sweeping views when the fitted, custom wood blinds are open.  

BRIDGE:

The fully paneled bridge with parquet flooring is the most classically nautical area of the yacht and features a large raised bench seat and the helm station with captains wheel and mechanical and electronic controls.  Access to the flybridge is gained via a ladder on the port side.  Doors open to the side decks on the port and starboard sides, and access to the upper and lower salons are found opposite each other on the starboard side, fore and aft.

LOWER SALON:

Descending stairs to the lower salon from the bridge the salon presents another beautiful space for gathering with friends and family.  The salons furnishings feature an Asian theme.  A sofa with side tables and lamps is found on the port side with two chairs opposite and a coffee table in between.  A sideboard is found at the aft bulkhead with a flat screen tv mounted above.  A liquor cabinet is located forward on the starboard side. The forward section of the salon opens to the galley and dinette below, four steps down and separated from the salon by a black lacquered railing. The companionway to the guest accommodations is opposite on the aft bulkhead.  The salon has large windows along the port and starboard sides and three port holes on the forward bulkhead. 

GALLEY:

The large galley is found forward of the salon and features a dinette on the starboard side with a large wraparound counter on the port side and along the forward bulkhead.  Plenty of storage is provided above and below the counter by cabinets, drawers and shelving.  The double sink is located on the port side and the 3-burner stove, with a microwave above, is centrally located at the forward bulkhead.  A full-sized refrigerator/freezer is found forward of the dinette. Access to the forward cabin is in-between the counter and the refrigerator at the forward bulkhead. Engine room access is found port side, aft. 

FORWARD CABIN:

Moving forward from the galley, the forward cabin is found in the bow section of the yacht and features double bunks on the port side, with two full length and one half length locker opposite on the starboard side.  One full length locker contains a washer/dryer unit. Additional storage is found under the lower bunk and in a cubby above the lower bunk.  A full length mirror is mounted on the door to the head.  There are three opening ports. 

FORWARD CABIN ENSUITE HEAD:

The forward ensuite head is found forward in the bow and features a Vacuflush marine toilet, sink and separate shower stall.  The sink is on the starboard side.  Storage lockers are found below and above the sink along with a mirrored medicine cabinet.  Additional lockers are found opposite above the head.  The shower stall is all the way forward.

AFT COMPANIONWAY:

The aft companionway is accessed from the lower salon, five steps down.  The companionway opens into the port and starboard cabins, the guest head and the owner’s cabin.  A linen closet is also found in the companionway.

STARBOARD CABIN:

The starboard cabin features two bunks with a bed side table.  A separate cedar lined closet is found at the aft bulkhead with a full-length mirror on the door.  Additional storage is provided under the lower bunk.  Two fixed ports provide natural light to the cabin.

PORT CABIN:

The port cabin features twin berths separated by a table and lamp.  A vanity is located at the foot of the portside berth. A separate cedar lined closet is found at the aft bulkhead.  Additional storage is provided under the berths. There is a full-length mirror on the back of the cabin door.  Two fixed ports provide natural light to the cabin.

GUEST HEAD:

The guest head features a Vacuflush marine toilet, sink and separate shower stall.  There is a locker beneath the sink and a mirrored medicine cabinet above.  The Vacuflush head is next to the sink with a storage locker and shelf above.  The shower stall is opposite the sink and toilet. There is a full-length mirror on the back of the head door.  A fixed port provides natural light to the cabin.

OWNER’S CABIN:

The full beam owners’ cabin is located at the stern of the yacht and features a king size berth, ensuite head and Bird’s Eye Maple paneling that provides a special, very light and airy feel to the cabin that is unique to the rest of the yacht.  The berth is center mounted with a mirrored headboard and is surrounded by built-in cabinetry that provides very ample storage.  A vanity is found opposite the berth at the forward bulkhead.  Natural light is provided by four fixed ports. 

OWNER’S CABIN ENSUITE HEAD:

The ensuite head is found at the forward port side of the cabin and features a Vacuflush marine toilet, countertop sink and shower stall.  Entering the head, the countertop sink is ahead along the forward bulkhead and includes a mirrored medicine cabinet above and drawers and a locker below. A shelf and an additional locker are found along the port side, along with a fixed port.  The head is opposite the sink at the aft bulkhead.  The shower stall can be found on the starboard side.  The head is completed with a full-length mirror mounted on the door. 

ENGINE ROOM:

The engine room is located under the lower salon and accessed via the galley.  The space affords easy access to all the yachts mechanical systems for operation, routine maintenance and repair.

Patriot accommodates eight people in four cabins and three heads.
